South Granville Condo Kitchen

This apartment, situated within a historic South Granville building, required a kitchen renovation that would seamlessly integrate with the building's mid-century aesthetic and the apartment's heritage features, such as its original floors, brass radiators, and metal-framed windows. Our objective was to redesign and expand the kitchen area while maximizing storage space and incorporating a comfortable seating area for our client.

In addition to designing the kitchen layout, our team managed the entire renovation process from start to finish. This involved overseeing asbestos remediation, coordinating new electrical installations (including the relocation of the electrical panel), making plumbing adjustments, constructing a new dropped ceiling, custom cabinetry, and selecting appropriate flooring, tiles, and paint. Our approach ensured a coherent transformation that respected the unique character and history of the space.
