Rental Apartment Interior Design

This lower level of a two-story house underwent a complete transformation, evolving from a dim basement recreation area into a functional two-bedroom rental suite, in addition to an office and a combined laundry/mudroom for the homeowners. Achieving this transformation necessitated meticulous space planning and an innovative approach to access both from the inside and outside of the house, anticipating the evolving needs of the growing family. As this work represents the first part of a renovation which will ultimately transform the whole home, we chose budget friendly finishes in fresh creative ways that would transform the space and stand up to use in a rental environment.
